At El Cantó del Palasiet we attach great importance to local produce and that traditional touch. Our main dishes are sobrassada, our cheese board with more than 90 types of cheese to choose from, quality meats and a wide range of wines. All of this, in addition, coming from the hand of the excellent Chef Vicente Orozco.
